Privacy Statement

We collect personal information from our customers in the regular course of doing business. This brochure answers some of your most frequently asked questions, and lets you know exactly how we're protecting the information you entrust to us.

What personal information do you collect about me?

We collect the following information about you:

  • postal codes, telephone numbers, email addresses

  • transaction history and product or service preferences and requests

  • customer opinions, referrals

  • full residential or commercial address, location

  • personal and/or commercial references when required

  • personal ID for verification and identification purposes

When you visit our web site, we also collect:

What personal information we do not collect or request from our customers?

  • we never request or solicit any credit card numbers or such confidential information.

Important notes:

  • Credit, debit or any other electronic payments are done directly by our clients and processed through secure providers such as: PayPal, Quickbooks, Square, Banks (for e-transfers), therefore we never have any access to your information

  • We do not have any subsidiaries and we do not engage in any kind of over the phone marketing or sales pitches.

How do you use this information?

The main reasons we collect personal information from you are:

  • to complete a sale or transaction with you

  • to verify your credit, if necessary

  • to deliver products and services directly to you

  • to limit the possibility of fraud

  • to keep track of projects and services we provide

If it's a necessary part of any of these transactions, we may disclose your information to another company. For eg., when you apply for credit, we pass on your personal information to a credit reporting agency so we can complete a credit check. We also pass on your name and address to a courier company to complete a delivery.
